Privacy policy

The privacy of your personal data is important to us. This privacy agreement explains what personal data we are collecting during our interactions and how that data is used.

"Personal data" or "personal identifiable information (PII)" is the unique set of data regarding an identified or identifiable individual ("identified person"), like name, address, phone number, location, online handle, or one or more elements specific to physical, physiological, genetic, psychologic, economic, cultural or social identity.

Every time we request your personal data we will explain why it is needed, how we will store it and who will be able to access it. You must know that any time you want, we will make available to you all the information we have and of course we will delete it when you will ask us to (unless legal or contractual obligations state otherwise).

We collect PII data to answer your request when you message us or when there is a legal or contractual obligation between us.

Depending on our interactions, we collect below PII data:

  • First Name and Last Name
  • E-mail
  • Phone number
  • Address

The PII data we request are used ONLY to communicate with you and answer your request. We can ask for additional information as required by law.

Legal basis for PII data processing

The data you provide to us voluntarily (name, phone, email, etc):

  • your consent(art 6 paragraph (1) letter a of EU Regulation 679/2016) regarding direct marketing, newsletters, events, etc.
  • steps on the request of identified person before signing a contract or to fulfill a contract (art 6 paragraph (1) letters b & c of EU Regulation 679/2016) to purchase products or services.

You can opt-in/opt-out regarding the PII data we collect. When you are asked to provide PII data, you have the right to refuse. If you choose to opt-out from providing the data needed for communication or a service, you might not be able to get the information or services requested.

We will not share your data with third parties to be used for marketing or commercial purposes without your consent.

It is however possible the we might share your data with below entities:

Service providersWe can share your data with other companies who provide us with their services and act on our behalf, like for example companies which help us with billing services, website maintenance or email communications on our behalf.

These entities are carefully selected to ensure they adhere to PII data protection requirements. These entities have a limited capacity to use your data for purposes other than providing us with their services.

We can use the PII data you provide for commercial purposes or to answer your requests, and, in legitimate cases, we can provide them to authorities.

The protection of personal data is a fundamental right. Article 8 paragraph (1) of the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights ("charter") and article 16 paragraph (1) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (TFEU) state that: Everyone has the right to the protection of personal data concerning him or her.

The right of identified persons regarding the protection and fair processing of their PII data: access to your personal data; correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or inaccurate; deletion or restriction of your personal data in certain circumstances provided by applicable law; an electronic copy of your personal data (portability) and to have this information transmitted to another company; lodge a complaint to the proper authorities (www.dataprotection.ro).
